Symptoms of leaf folder
- Longitudinal and transparent whitish streaks on damaged leaves
- Tubular folded leaves
- Leaf tips sometimes fastened to the basal part of leaf
- Heavily infested fields appear scorched with many folded leaves
Materials required
Banana-3, Papaya – 3, Ash gourd – 3, Eggs – 3 and Jaggery - 3 Kilo
Preparation
The above mentioned materials are grinded to pieces, kept in a container add little bit water and kept in airtight for 45 days. Take out solution after 46th day. Take concentrated 500 ml solution and mixed in ten lit water and when sprayed controls leaf folder to any crop at season.
